I live in a land full of mountains and I have visited most of them. But there is one, only one, which makes me feel a sentiment of awe and wonder. I suppose people who believe in God must feel the same when they confront the Deity.
For me this majestic Mountain radiating power, serenity and eternity, is the nearest approximation to God. I visited it this weekend and return from my pilgrimage full of a meaning I do not understand. But it comforts me.
